WARNING

The idler is by design press fit, if you want to swap gear sets you will need a vise and a Arbor press or drill press to remove the press fit idler from Fysetcs Gearset.

Based-off Sherpa Micro RC2: RC2 allows this extruder to support the 6t motor for maximum torque, as well as support for Bondtech RIDGA V2 and Fysetcs PEEK GF-30

Metal build: AlSi10Mg 3D-printed parts, that are further post processed for bearings and Helicoils after the fact. Due to SLM processing and aluminums usage helicoils are used to give steel equivalent thread strength!

Post-processed: Designed with press-fit bearing holes so your bearings stay put without the trouble of retaining compound.

PEEK Filament path: Perfect Filament constraint for TPU printing as well as lowered thermal transfer to filament with less wear than PTFE.

Please note these extruders are made using Selective Laser Melting (SLM), this means that they will experience some warpage with the process.
